OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY
EmployAbility Dublin South provides a job placement service to people
with a range of disabilities/health issues living in South Dublin.
We are currently looking for a full time Administrator. (**Apply on

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
* Support the administration needs of the program
* Be responsible for answering routine enquiries by phone, post and
* Have excellent telephone and communication skills
* Be patient and have empathy for others
* Maintain and update accurate information systems
* Work closely with the Co-ordinator on day to day running of busy
Supported Employment Office
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE CANDIDATE:
* Work on own initiative
* Must be a team orientated person
* Proven financial and general administration skills
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Ability to prioritise and multi task
DESIRED CRITERIA:
* Experience of working within the community or with marginalised
people
* Experience of sales or social media marketing an advantage
Salary will be dependent on experience and subject to funding.
